Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) 2026
Our annual meeting will be held on Sunday 17th May 2026, during the 5.00pm Encounter Service.
The APCM summarises all that has happened in our church life in the past year and includes the financial statements for that year. The meeting consists of two parts and is a public meeting, members of the Electoral Roll are able to vote.

Together with the Rector, the PCC is the governing body of All Saints and undertakes invaluable work to support the mission of the parish church.
All Saints Weston is a charity and the members of the PCC are the trustees of that charity. (Registered Charity 1136968).
Joining the Electoral Roll
The deadline for joining the 2026 Electoral Roll is 3rd May 2026 . If you are new to All Saints and are not yet on the Electoral Roll then please sign up using the following link: Direct Electoral Roll Sign Up
A completely new Electoral Roll was compiled for the 2025 APCM. The previous Roll was scrapped, as is the tradition every six years. If you re-joined the Electoral Roll in 2025 then you do not need to apply again in 2026.
