Everyone has an idea of their dream wedding. Here at All Saints Centre our rooms are a blank canvas that enables you to create your own truly bespoke Bath wedding reception event.
The Main Event…
Greeting your guests
Our spacious main foyer area opens out onto the garden with large double doors, allowing you space to greet your guests in a receiving line
as well having a table set aside with welcome drinks.
The Seating Plan
We can work in close harmony with you to produce a bespoke floorplan so that you can visualise how you would like the room laid out. This means we can then set up the tables and chairs in the room before you arrive. This lets you concentrate on decorating and adding those finishing touches.
The Weston Suite is a beautiful space for receptions of up to 150 guests. You can decorate the hall any way that you want – either using
hired linens / drapes or with hand-made personalised items such as bunting, or fairy lights. The only limitation is your imagination.
There are discrete hooks around the hall which can be used for attaching the decorations of your choice. This can all be set up the night before (times will vary).

Click on our ‘‘Our Partners’ page to see some of our suppliers we have used or please feel free to ask the team for any recommendations. We are happy to arrange appointments for suppliers who want to come in and have a look at the Centre before the big day.
There are many options available to you for the music. You can bring in a band or disco of your choice for the evening’s entertainment. There is staging available to hire to create a more prominent area for them.
Hiring our PA system allows you to connect an iPod (or any mobile device) so that you can play your own background music from it.
You can also use it for the speeches with use of our microphone and stand. At All Saints Centre we have a full licence for the playing of
recorded or live music inside the premises.
For the more adventurous of presentations during the reception there is also a digital projector and screen available to hire for playing
photos, images or videos.
Additional spaces are also available
Outside the foyer there is a small garden. This is perfect for guests to go and chat, take photos or have a small marquee to serve food outside. If you need extra space or have children attending, our Courtyard and Upper room can be the ideal places. They can be used as a quiet place to chat, as changing rooms, storage, entertainment for children or as space for a buffet. They are available to hire at an extra cost.
Choose what catering you would like
You can select from your choice of caterers who will delight in using our 5-star hygiene rated full catering kitchen. The kitchen is adjacent to the Weston Suite with two serving hatches. You are welcome to use our quality crockery and cutlery, or you may prefer to hire in your own.
However, if you are on a tight budget then you are more than welcome to bring your own food and/or use our kitchen facilities and equipment to prepare both hot and cold dishes.
For something a bit different you can use the garden area directly outside the spacious foyer, or the courtyard area by the side of the hall, to have a hog roast or barbeque.
Will there be a bar?
There isn’t an in-house bar, however we can arrange for a staffed bar (in the foyer or courtyard room) to provide pre-paid drinks or to sell drinks. However, you may prefer to hire in a bar or provide your own drinks. At All Saints Centre we have a full alcohol licence for the consumption and sale of alcohol on the premises (up to 11pm) meaning you won’t have to deal with extra paperwork. We also do not charge corkage.

We aim to make the Centre as accessible as possible for everyone.
The building includes…

• the option to hire a separate room for children
• the option to hire a separate quiet room (for those with special needs)
Our staff would be happy to liaise with you about any additional arrangements which are necessary.
Loading / Unloading
There is vehicular access right up to the Courtyard door allowing easy unloading or loading of supplies and equipment. The Centre is available for you to set up the night before, allowing suppliers to have everything perfect for your special day.

Important things you need to know
• Our licence only permits for music up to 11pm, which is when your event must finish. (Whatever night of the week)
• You then have until midnight to clear up and be ready to leave.
• You will need to pay a £100 cleaning, damage and breakages payment prior to the event which is fully refunded after the event less any amounts deemed necessary.
• We can find additional staff to help you manage your event more easily, so please ask.
• We are, of course, delighted to hold a wedding reception for you if you get married at All Saints Church, but it is absolutely not a requirement for booking the All Saints Centre.
• All Saints Centre is not licensed for conducting marriages.
All Saints Centre rivals many hotel function suites, but is priced at community centre rates, and you can use all of our facilities to avoid any additional costs.
Additional costs can come in the form of catering, decoration and entertainment. Our staff our more than happy to help you find the most effective way to avoid such costs, and you are not limited in any way by who you may use as suppliers. Friends and family are more than welcome to provide any of the items for your special day.
All Saints Centre is a perfect setting for a small and intimate wedding reception.
If your preference is for a more intimate setting then you can benefit from all of the advantages of our larger suite as it divides up into separate rooms to suit a smaller guest list – creating an altogether more intimate special occasion. The size of the space is also reflected in the cost with a discount applied to our standard package. (Ideal for a guest list of 20 to 50 people).
All Saints Centre is anything but dark and dingy. It is bright, airy and flooded with natural light. It is kept spotlessly clean and warm.
The entrance has two sets of double doors with the internal ones being glass so you can welcome your guests in whilst enjoying the warmth of the building. There is a heater above the doors to warm guests as they arrive. The foyer is also large enough to accommodate a number of people all arriving at the same time in big coats. Our corridor has a plentiful supply of coat hooks, and if you prefer we can set aside a separate room as a cloakroom with some hanging rails. Located on the main high street and within walking distance of the city’s main hospital (RUH) the route is still easily accessible during bad weather.
Prices start from as little as £890 for autumn/winter packages and £970 for spring/summer packages, but thereafter your final quotation is always bespoke and produced after careful and thoughtful discussion with you on all aspects of the day.
