THE WESTON SUITE

The Weston and Lansdown Halls are let together to form one large meeting hall capable of seating 130 people around tables, or 200 people with conference style seating layout. With fully integrated PA and audio-visual facilities.

It includes kitchen and toilet facilities, with access from the main foyer or an independent front door, via a glazed lobby.
This suite also allows access to the full Audio Visual system.

The entire ground floor can be let to provide an ideal venue for wedding receptions or large parties of up to 200 people.

THE WESTON HALL

This hall seats up to 120 people in conference style seating.

Entry is through the door on the front of the Centre or via the Main Foyer on the west of the building, providing access from the High Street or the All Saints Centre Car Park to the rear.

This room provides the best use of the large foyer area and state-of-the-art kitchen facilities. Automatic shutters can provide additional functionality when catering for large groups. This room also provide very easy access to the main toilets and use of the attractive garden area at the front of the Centre.

THE LANSDOWN HALL

The Lansdown Hall will seat over 80 people in conference style.

A very light and airy hall, with a seperate east entrance from the High Street.
This room has its own toilet facilities and is ideally located to provide direct access from the new disabled access facilities.
This room also houses the full integrated PA system, stage lighting rig and large automatic projector screen.

The Lansdown Hall can also be let in conjunction with the Courtyard Room to allow access to a kitchen and provide additional seating or preparation facilities.

THE COURTYARD ROOM

A smaller well appointed room capable of seating over 25 people.

A very light room, ideal for small group meetings with a separate east entrance from the High Street.
This room has its own toilet facilities and is ideally located to provide direct access from the new disabled access facilities.
This room also has the benefit of its own kitchen and storage area.

THE UPPER ROOM

A smaller meeting room just inside the main entrance at the rear of the building, capable of seating over 25 people. Ideal for small group meetings. Direct access from the All Saints Centre Car Park.

This room has access to separate toilet facilities and is fitted with a kitchenette for making drinks and heating food.

THE GARDEN ROOM

The largest meeting room on the first floor. This room provides a 'self-contained' meeting venue, capable of seating up to 40 people.

A light and comfortable room, ideal for childrens groups and parties with a separate entrance from the rear of the building via a path through the rear garden.
This room has its own toilet and kitchen facilities, and a separate sink and vinyl floor area in the main room. This room can also be let in conjunction with the neighbouring meeting rooms.
Childrens tables and chairs are available.

Monday to Friday
£49 per 3 hour session or  £17 per hour
Weekends by arrangement

MEETING ROOM 1

A small room is available for one-to-one meetings or private gatherings of up to 6 or 7 people.
This room can be accessed from the rear of the building or from the main groundfloor entrance, and has easy access to toilet facilities.

The room has a window looking out over the High Street.

£29.50 per 3 hour session or  £10.50 per hour

THE MAIN KITCHEN

The Main Kitchen is accessed via a side door in the Main Foyer area. Full state-of-the-art facilities are available in the kitchen which has full stainless steel surfaces. All of the modern kitchen appliances are provided including a microwave, dishwasher, twin oven, twin sink, coffee brewer, toaster, fridge and freezer, along with cutlery, crockery and glasses. This allows the flexibility to choose caterers for your reception or to “do-it-yourself”.

There are also two automatic steel shutters on adjacent walls to provide serving hatches to both the Weston Hall and Main Foyer.

THE MAIN FOYER

The Main Foyer is accessed by the Main Entrance on the west side of the building, easily accessed from the High Street or Centre Car Park to the rear.
Coffee can be served in this area via the automatic shutters of the Main Kitchen.
This area is also ideal for exhibition space outside the main meeting halls. This space provides a thoroughfare to the main staircase, lift and main groundfloor toilet facilities.

The Centre has a lift in the Main Foyer area that can be used by those accessing the building from the rear, first floor access or front, ground floor access. This is available for use at all times.

SPECIAL EVENTS

WEDDING RECEPTIONS/TRAINING DAYS/CONFERENCES/PARTIES
For larger events (involving over 100 people) the whole of the ground floor can be booked for an entire day at a rate of £745. This price includes cleaning (except kitchen and contents).

• Please allow sufficient time in your booking to include setting up and clearing away.
  If your event runs over the hour, charges will be made on a pro-rata basis.
• If you find our costs are too high for your event please feel free to discuss your position with the Centre Manager.
• Session times are flexible. We can work outside the session periods outlined, by arrangement with the
  Centre Manager.
• Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a booking form and payment.
